Choose and Book is a service that lets you choose your hospital or clinic and book your first appointment.

When you and your GP agree that you need to be referred for specialist treatment, you will be able to choose any NHS funded hospital or clinic which provides the treatment you need. You will also be able to book the most suitable appointment time and date available either by telephone or online.
